Qualifications and Training
If you are over 18 and looking for a confidential and supportive environment to explore your feelings with professional therapeutic support, I can help.
I offer 1-1 on-line counselling (via Teams) - session charges start from £35 per session with an initial no obligation consultation appointment. (All sessions payable 24 hours in advance).
I believe in the power of therapy as a transformative tool for personal growth. I do not put a time-limit on the number of sessions you can have. I will be led by your needs, and we will undertake regular 4-weekly reviews.
Sessions can be weekly or every 2-weeks. Every session is 50-minutes in duration and I have a basic counselling agreement that I will ask you to sign that sets out what we can expect from each other and how we will work together.
Why not get in touch for an inital chat and perhaps arrange a no obligtaion consultation appointment.
